From sociofugale layout to needs-oriented use - Sächsilüüte-Platz meets Irchel
Aims:
- Upgrading of an existing outdoor area into a lively meeting and recreation area oriented to the needs of employees and students.
- Utilization of existing recreational resources
- Low operating costs
Procedure:
- Exploration of risks and general conditions
- Renewal of the wood of the chairs
- Removal of the chaining of the chairs for needs-based (e.g. sociopetal) positioning on the part of users
- Pilot phase
- Evaluation of the pilot phase and agreement on the perimeter of the permitted flexible movement of the chairs with the Irchel operations service.
