Objectives:

• Upgrading an existing outdoor area to create a high-quality nearby recreational area tailored to the needs of staff and students.
• Better utilisation of existing landscape resources (central location, shade provided by tree canopy, cool air, barrier-free accessibility).
• Low operating costs.
