Colourful chairs are uncomfortable
  • The workplaces are intended for temporary work (max. 4 hours), as they are not suitable as regular workplaces due to lack of daylight.
  • Chairs should be comfortable for work up to 4 hours, not for a working day of 8:24 hours.
completed
Request: additional external monitors with docking station for laptop
  • No external monitors are set up in order not to limit the flexible use of space (assembly, disassembly, more storage space = less working space).
  • Priority is given to group work, teaching, project work, not individual work (see Use Policy).
  • In "Space" there are 2 external monitors, in "Flex" is 1 external monitor.

Room booking via QR code is not possible because “Rooms” calendar view is not made for mobile use

  • We know this is not state of the art at the moment.

  • We are trying to find a solution with the software operators (i.e., a daily calendar per room with time specification).

in review

No “busy” signal on the door

  • No affixing of a "busy" signal.

  • The door will be replaced as planned by a door with a small window to ensure visibility and occupancy insight.

completed

3rd chair desired
  • A third chair will be bought.

completed

Blinding illumination of the screen

  • Ceiling lamp will be moved further away, into the room.
