Objectives:
- Develop a better usage concept for office rooms without daylight on a pilot basis.
- More flexible multi-functional use, taking into account the other types of use on the floor.
- Testing of new furniture (e.g. acoustic curtains) and structural solutions (e.g. sound insulation, lighting concept) for UZH on a pilot basis.
Procedure:
- Post-occupancy analysis workshop with users
- Develop new usage concept
- Site assessment (workplace utilization of pilot rooms, survey on subjective assessment of the entire working environment across the whole institute/department)
- Conversion
- Mini assessments of the situation in the pilot rooms (until app. two months after the conversion)
- Site assessment (workplace utilization of pilot rooms, survey on subjective assessment of the entire working environment across the entire institute/department) after 6 months without Corona pandemic conditions (planned end HS2022/23).
- Site assessment (workplace utilization of pilot rooms, survey on subjective assessment of the entire working environment across the entire institute/department + externals) after 12 months (planned end of FS 2023/24)
- Overall assessment of pilot
