Post-occupancy analysis workshop with users
- Conversations with professorship and head of institute/department
- Joint design of the future usage concept including visualization with the responsible professorship, interior design/furniture expert, Usage Management Irchel
Usages that are to be integrated into a single area, e.g.:
- Concentrated individual work for visiting scholars, employees and students during the lecture-free period
- Experimentation and project work room for students (several small groups) during and outside lecture periods
- Project, meeting and communications room for employees of the GIUZ, students and other guests in free periods (small and large groups)
- Practice room for students to complete exercises during lecture periods

Conversion and redesign
Conversion and redesign of the two rooms Y25-J93 and Y25-J97 during the period from 16 October to 30 November 2019.
Opening of the redesigned rooms
Wednesday, 11 December 2019, 11 a.m. – 12 noon: Opening ceremony. Weeks 50 to 51 handover of the three new rooms Y25-J93 Remote Sensing, Y25-J97 Flex and Y25-J97 Space to the users.

1st Pulse Feedback Phase
- 1st pulse feedback phase: Wed 11.12.19 - Wed 04.03.20 (12 weeks, incl. Christmas time)
- Inspection of the premises by the project management team.
- Evaluation of the feedback on the pulse posters.
- Decision on further design measures.
